"The stay here was very pleasant. Everyone was nice and professional. The only thing that I had a complaint about is my partner and I decided to have breakfast in our room so we ordered room service. The food was on time and hot. When we unpacked the food to eat, we had no utensils or any salt, pepper, butter or jelly in which we had asked for. So we are in our night clothes getting ready to eat breakfast with no utensils or other needed items. So I had to get dressed and go downstairs anyway to...

"I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everybody as far as the staff is very polite very warm very welcoming like you’re coming home. The rooms are very clean. Some of the appliances could be updated. The fridge is pretty beat up. But other than that, it’s a great place"

"I liked every thing except the pillows and the bed. The pillows were awful….they were basically flat..you received 4 and they had no substance to them. The bed was lumpy…not at all comfortable…I tossed and turned and ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed…was not a comfortable 2 night stay…loved the room, would stay again but would bring my own pillows…"

"This property is an excellent choice. The staff in all areas of the operation was incredibly kind helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very nice. The indoor pool area was very nice and accessible. I had an issue with the heater in our room and the repair person came up right away and when it was determined that the unit was broken, he took care of getting a switch to a new room and brought us a luggage cart to be able to move our Belongings very quickly.
