Girls trip

Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!

Hot Ass Mess

I guess it was my fault for trying to book a hotel last minute during playoff weekend BUT a Knight’s Inn was better than this stay. Hell a shelter was better than this stay. It was dust all on the TV, stand, and lamps. The plumbing was messed up, toilet gurgling, and the shower drain was so clogged that the water does not go down. I wish y’all could of seen the amount of Lysol I sprayed and how much I wiped to even feel somewhat comfortable. I highly DO NOT recommend it is not worth spending a penny on. Whoever inspects this location, inspect soon because I’m sure it will fail then shut that bs down and revamp it!

Stay somewhere else.

Overall the my stay was not good. The room was dirty, pillow cases were dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was no blank on the bed, and they charge $2.00 to get additional keys for the room.

I arrived on Dec 17th 2021 and I requested to be in a 2 non smoking room and was placed in 2 smoking rooms. I requested a change because I’m asthmatic and there were no available rooms left. I also experienced the hotel very unclean and appliances not operable. To top it off on Saturday there were roaches in the bathroom and shower. I am disappointed and I’m requesting a refund. I would not advise anyone to stay at this property in the future.

Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, we could smell smoke in the furniture and bedding material. This was disappointing.

Worst ramada ever

I have always loved traveling and a descent hotel getaway but this hotel was legitimately the worst hotel I've ever checked into. It was unsanitary, the light switch didn't work and the staff refused a refund.

We are sorry for your stay but the FD staff don't issue the refunds, management does. Also, I am unable to help considering there is no room number or name. We are currently redoing rooms, this may of been one that was on the do not rent.
