The breakfast was good for hotel food.
The bathtub clogged.
There were switches on the wall that did nothing.
The afternoon/evening staff were not polite.

It wasn't on base but not too far. I was in town for a wedding and didn't want to drive so I downloaded an app zTrips that have drivers with base access.

I was given a room that wasn't properly cleaned and had a horrible smell. Maintenance or the housekeeping staff even left equipment behind in the room. Thankfully, someone canceled their reservation, and I could have my room switched because the staff kept saying the hotel was fully booked as if we had no choice but to stay in the smelly room.
