"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

NEGATIV: Das Haus ist nur oberflächlich im guten Zustand....Vermutlich veraltete Leitungen, die für überaschende Duscherlebnisse sorgt und es musste sehr lang das warme Wasser laufen, bis es als solches bezeichnet werden konnte. "Perfect hotel for our family of five, nice large rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff that spoke multiple languages and a good location close to the main roads with a nice walk into Woldorf for dinner. Thank you staff!!"

"The staff was ok, but felt a bit cold and not welcoming, even when i checked out. But the hotel itself, you can tell it was new and i loved the interior, very nice breakfast and i slept very good. "
