Dear Barbie & Gian,thank you very much for the review. Our main objective is to provide our Guests with unforgettable stays, and we dedicate all our efforts to make this happen. It is with great regret that we realize that, in this case, we did not live up to expectations.Regarding your observations, however, we cannot fail to mention:1. The coffee machine is a standard model. It has been tested and is working under proper conditions. In this test, none of the situations mentioned that could have resulted from inappropriate use of the equipment, were found.2. This House, like the others at Tradicampo, is subject to periodic disinfestation (ants, cockroaches, spiders, etc.) in accordance with the applicable technical procedures; This does not mean that an ant or two cannot occasionally appear. We remind you that our Houses are in a strongly rural area in the middle of nature. However, as soon as we were alerted to the existence of ants, we sent the Housekeepers to remove them and the trash that could have caused their presence. 3. In fact, the safe was not available for use. In the previous stay, the Guests took the keys with them, and it was not possible to resolve the situation during your stay.4. Although not “new”, the potatoes and onion were not rotten. We therefore find this observation strange. These products, like many others, are part of a welcome basket that we provide free of charge to our Guests.5. Our Houses are thermally insulated, and temperature variations do not justify the installation of air conditioning. As soon as requested, and as quickly as we could, a fan was left in the House.6. As mentioned, our climate is sometimes unpredictable. Our Guests, in general, are aware of this and, for our part, we also make sure to warn them. For this reason, our Houses are equipped with portable clothes drying racks, which in the case of this House, can be placed, protected from the rain, on the covered porch. Of course, it is up to the Guests and only them, in each situation, to evaluate and decide what to do. For this reason, it is our understanding that installing a tumble dryer is not a priority.We reiterate our gratitude for the review and the opportunity to clarify these matters.
