"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. On a previous visit in a cheaper room we had an iron provided , a functioning coffee machine and milk and a larger table. This was a warm cosy room.The coffee machine this time did not work.
