"After booking with hotels.com stating that there was 3 travelling including a teenage child. They put us in a completely incorrect room with a cot. Having had to state this was not good enough they finally agreed to change our room. "

"Liked its location next to the main station (Hauptbahnhof), with the main shopping streets nearby, but its location in the pedestrian area made pickups by taxi challenging. Generous breakfast buffet, but no cooked breakfast available. My room was on third third floor with no lift, so it is not for those with mobility issues. The room had no carpeting, and so you need to bring your slippers. On the first night the soap container in the shower was empty; I am sure that they would have fixed it...
