The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely quiet place
Posted 22 Aug 2018 on HotelsThe apartment is spacious and was pretty clean, although not cleaned under the beds! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, it was great to have two bathrooms that contained showers only. Unfortunately the outside space wasn’t really usable as there was only three chairs and the table was broken, it would be a good idea to have four chairs and replace the table. The WiFi was a little intermittent and needed us to reset the router three times while we were there.The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen had several pots and pans but no baking trays which were sadly lacking, luckily I knew this and had taken several with me due to reviews on other websites. There was also a lack of glasses, cutlery and plates and dishes, just one each which was really irritating and very inconvenient, constant washing up! The dishwasher did not work, it didn’t clean anything, just wasted all our cleaning tablets! The resort itself was great, very quiet but is still being built although we didn’t hear any construction noise despite the fact that it was up the road from us. The pools were very quiet, the grounds lovely, the guys on the front gate very friendly, less so in the clubhouse. Checking in was an real issue, no one was there to meet us, and we were very concerned about this, none of the numbers we had worked and why we weren’t given the keypad number so we could enter the property is beyond me, it was very distressing, not a good start, this needs sorting.

Our property belongs to a specific owner, that is why it is possible to offer the cheapest price in the best urbanization of Aruba, and the verification is done in the unit that you rent, we have information that you informed that it would reach 2 in the last times, and there was a staff waiting all that time, and you arrived much later, maybe while you were renting your car, you were taking your bags, etc.
-Our unit complies with the best cleaning standards, as you will affirm.
On the other hand we check the chairs of the backyard of the house, and they are 4 chairs, not 3 as he comments, as for the table, it was not in use, however, already in these moments and to not wait any longer, we have bought a new table, which at this time if its use is approved.
In terms of wifi, it is a high-speed wifi, perhaps due to the strong wind problems that fell during fractions of seconds.
and also verify that in the kitchen, if there is a large black tray to bake with its respective lid, maybe he has not seen it.
The dishes, cutlery, rates, wine glasses, spoons, forks, etc., we place for 6 people, although the maximum capacity is 4 people.
The condo has two full bathrooms with showers, it is modern and new.
Mrs. Yelitza informed us that you had reported that everything was very good, so I regret that you have not informed us of your doubts before.

Beautiful and Convenient

Pros: Very clean, convenient to major beaches and areas. Had a pool and bar for relaxing when I did not want to go far.
Cons: More convenient method for security deposit. Having cash isn't convenient
Location: Close to California light house, a 5 min drive to Eagle and Palm.
Everything about our stay was wonderful. I had a great time at Gold coast with my family. The accommodations were just what we needed. The condo was clean, the property manager was timely, pleasant, and very helpful. I loved the gated community and all of the amenities that was provided within. The location was excellent to everything. The condo was stocked with some extras as well to make life more enjoyable such as pool toys for the kids, some seasonings in the kitchen and essentials for cooking. The area was very quiet at night which makes this great for families, not so much for party goers. Down side of the area is that there is construction going on around the gated community, so it makes for eye sores, but we never heard any noises during the day. I am very pleased with our stay and will be returning to use this place again when in Aruba. It is quite a distance to walk to the pool and bar in the gated community but if driving its a minute away. Everyone was very nice and I cant say enough about the property manager, she was wonderful. Stay here!
