For the price, the cleanliness could have been better. We were surprised by many stains on the dining upon checking in. There were false lashes and sticky mess on the living room table (hmm..suspicious). We called the concierge, and they sent the person to clean it all up right away. Hair strands could be found throughout the bathrooms. However, we felt the security and the badge system was very nice, staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Great location for activities and public transportation.

I am giving this property a one star because they have an a very elaborate security system that has failed every second time I left the apartment . The girl at the deal just told me maybe I wasn’t taping the card properly to get into the hall way . Give me a break I know how to tap and tried at least 15 times every time I was locked out . Instead it was oh you are doing it wrong . Well no your system doesn’t work a Nd you get one star end of story plus there is only a restaurant from 6.30 to 9.30 . And no were to eat anywhere

We understand that this situation has caused you some inconvenience and regret any disappointment caused. One of the members from the Management team has reached out to you directly at the lobby and check the keycard access control system immediately also. Allow me to explain that our keycard access control panel maybe working a bit slow response on fast tabbing, so I believe that the automatic door not open when tab the keycard at the panel a bit too fast. Thusbis ine if the best hotels in Bangkok. Thevstaff are great and they all take pride in customer service. Rooms are as comfortable as being home. It was hard to check out, because we felt like we were already home. Thank you for making our 1st time in Thialand a great experience.

Power trip on property while staying. Downtime was pretty long.
