"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. "Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"Stylish, spotless and well-appointed location a 10-min walk from the old city. Spacious room, excellent and accommodating staff, cheap laundry machines, great breakfast. My only knock is that rooftop pool was only open until 7pm and that area has some ugly bunched-up astroturf issues. Overall, this place is an outstanding value."

"We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

"A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. "The room was huge for the price (King Premium), approximately 450 sq ft, which was perfect for us to spread out and sort / reorg our luggage. Bfast was a good selection and easy to navigate. Staff was eager and willing to help in anyway they could. There was a gate on the property to the Kalare night market, which also has a small Muy Thai stadium, It is a longer walk (1.2k) to the old city."

"Stayed for 2 nights; very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable! Spacious washroom with beautiful tub & shower w/ rain shower head. We loved the location - easy walk to old city centre and to the night market. Concierge was very helpful in arranging a private tour for while we were in town which was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again! "

"I stayed at Sleep Mai? for 8 nights from November 19-27. The hotel is ideally located in the Old City, a short walking distance to the Tha Pae Gate, several Night Markets, and even a tiny Muay Tae arena inside a shopping complex. The staff are awesome and are genuinely eager to serve. They are delightful. The rooms are exceptionally well-desigmed. My only suggestion is to cover the vegetables at the breakfast buffet to ward off the fruit flies. I will stay here the next time I visit Chiang Mai. "

"Very clean small hotel in the center of old town, so walking distance from all main attractions. Small pool for dipping not big enough to sit round and relax really but lush. Breakfast tasty but can get extremely busy at certain times as they are also a café. Staff so amazing. Would recommend. "
