Do not stay there

Nothing is there problem..bad service, never there. No heating, do not recommend to anyone to stay there.

YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN ECONOMY ROOM WHERE THE EXPENSES FOR EVERY SINGLE SERVICE HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTED. YOU HAVE NOT NOTIFIED THE TIME OF THE CECK-IN AND YOU ARE PRESENTED AT THE 24 HOURS OF NIGHT. YOU THREATENED YOUR STAFF AND HAD ITS WAKE UP THE GUESTS WHO ALREADY DORMIVED. WE DO NOT WANT THIS KIND OF PEOPLE IN OUR HOUSE. YOU'VE SPENT € 45 !!! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOURSELF FOR OTHER REASONS, WE CAN UNDERSTAND .... BUT WE ARE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT ACCEPT THREATS.

The fact that staff are not in until 10am is very inconvenient after a long flight and arriving early at the property as there is no access to the property at all. Also, they need to be more generous with the towels - we received two tiny towels for two people and were told we had to pay extra for any extra towels. Other than that, great service and neat and tidy hotel.

Ciaooo Andrea il check-in deve essere concordato e non credo che prima delle ore 10 in una B@B si possa fare miracoli.Noi diamo la possibilità di lasciare le valige la mattina e tornare per le ore 14./ 15 per la camera pulita. Per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani ne diamo due uno grande e uno piccolo. Ti ringrazio per aver avuto il tempo di fare la tua recensione ,quando si sceglie una struttura come il b@b no si possono pretendere I Servizzi di un albergo !!! Soprattutto perché bastava telefonare per comunicare orario di arrivo e esigenze particolari !!Buon viaggio

The staff was very accommodating when I had to leave my luggage early in the morning before check in and also to take it back much later after my check out. Everything was sparkling clean, and the guest house has a great homely feel to it with the staff really helping you with everything you need. Location is an added advantage as it is quite Central and close to major metro and train stations, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Fabreeze

Waited over 3 hours outside with luggage until someone finally came out to let me in "office apartment" Great location. Room itself was nice, but had a misty smell. Fabreeze time. Bedding did not smell clean nor fresh. Luckily it was still daylight and someone was there to give me clean bedding, but pillows were flat and smelly that even a pillow case couldn't cure. Needless to say difficult to sleep. Very noisy next door. I think family of store owners live on top next to room. Towels were not fresh smelling, and replacements were better. I was still charged cleaning fee per night (3 nights) , even though I didn't use the service. I didn't think that was fair, considering the clean linen situation. I hate to give place negative review, because the employees were very sweet and nice. two thumbs up for location.

Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is about a five to seven minute walk from the train station (uphill). Very clean room. Beds were comfortable. We had a shared bathroom, but it was not a problem at all - not even sure if anyone else was using it (never saw anyone else). Bathroom was always clean. WiFi worked very well also. We were very pleased with this hotel and would stay there again if we are ever in Rome.

-the bathroom is NOT private it's shared, the advert is very misleading -Bed was very hard, abit like sleeping on a floor.
