"The room was ok, fair for the price. Adequate sized beds, decent shower and toilet, and coffee/tea making facilities. Inn is very close to the boat port so it's a short walk when starting the island hopping tour. Our only gripe is the one time that the tap water smelled of rust (changed to yellow). Took them almost two hours to fix but no more problems after that. Overall, for the price, it's a pretty decent place to stay."

I walked into a room slightly bigger than a bathroom, with two beds taking up an entire room. "In short because im typing on a phone,,,, the bungallow had a sewage pipe putting out stink under our cabin,,,,unacceptable. They were full so we were moved to a nearby resort and that was fine..... so basically i thank them for taking care of the situation professinally, but dont know why they rented the cabin in the first place when the kitchens waste is being dumped beside this cabin. All that aside the place is lovely and quiet and im sure you will enjoy it."

"I have nothing bad to say about the staff. They go all out with their service. They are friendly, helpful and caring. I like how accessible the place is if ever you need to buy some essentials. It is close to the town proper where you get more options for restaurants, bars and stores but there are plenty of restaurants near the resort as well and the resort itself has a pizzeria. They really keep the place clean and safe. Also, if ever you need a ride, there is always a tricycle waiting outside. Most especially, the view is fantastic. "

"We stayed at the glamping site at Karuna, DOME and absolutely loved our experience! The view was truly spectacular—waking up to that breathtaking scenery was unforgettable. The food was another highlight—everything we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were kind and attentive, making our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and unique stay in El Nido!"

"From the supervisors, waiters ans waitresses and housekeeping people, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The room that we got is an ocean view with balcony, which has the best views you can ever have. The location of the hotel is in Vin Beach, which has its own beachfront access, which is very clean and has security for the hotel. Thank you to Norvin and Mitch for all their assistance! Extremely happy with the hotel and would definitely come back! "
