Nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, everything you could need in Nizwa. Easy access to the highway.

No plug sockets near a mirror in the rooms.
A grab rail round the pool would be good.
The area where breakfast was served was very narrow and cramped, but the food was nice.
The decor was fresh and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Charged double not friendly
Posted 26 Jan 2023 on HotelsNor good as they charged me double and there was no shampoo nor soap .still not refunded cLled front desk emergency no one picked finally they picked after 30 minutes .at breakfast the staff one of then was not noce and was giving small space to stay for 2 to have breakfast

extra charge for same room
Posted 26 Jan 2023 on Hotelshotel has charged me double .one reservation which was booked under my collogue paid in cash but still they have charged me in my reservation card which is still not resolved we checked same time but they were not listening

I paid extra for an executive suite, which is supposed to sleep 4. It does not. It has one king bed and a small couch. The front desk claimed this was a sofa bed, but it is not. It is too small, neither wide nor long enough for one adult, two is impossible. An extra rollout bed, which is very hard and uncomfortable was to be another extra charge until we complained. The front desk staff never made comments on the room when they saw 4 people checking in. And we had to argue with the manager at 11pm for not being charged for a rollout bed. The manager was lying about the reservation, saying the room was not for 4 and that the children were under 2 on the reservation, which they were not. Only when we challenged him to come to the room to look at the reservation and explain how 4 people could sleep did he relent on the extra charge.

Please note that our Executive suites sleeps 4 ,2 adults and 2 small child to be specific ,as per published hotel policy ,children will be using the existing bed. In your confirmation ,the Suite only has 1 King bed. We have provided you an extra bed at free cost during your stay. We apologize in he event that your expectations are not met and rest assured that your comments will help us improve our services and facilities.
