"Very clean hotel, new facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and normal use of equipment. The staff are very welcoming, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk is warm, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and the waiter is polite. The hotel is ideally located and can reach any attractions in a walk. Very worth staying, highly recommended."
"This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us.
The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating.
The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers.
We were very pleased with our stay. "
"Nice hotel in the center of old Baku. Close to all the main stuff. Just be aware parking isn’t included. You must pay when you leave the old city. You can park in front of the hotel but they have nothing to do with the parking in the old city. It’s about $15 per day. "
"Cozy hotel and good staff. I love my experience in Baku trip cause they have too many options for vacation. Good explained everything and i recommended to everybody."

"I recently had two stays in the property. I booked and prepaid them only minutes apart, and I reserved a Deluxe room both times. The confirmation emails from Expedia clearly show this. The first stay was pleasant, and the deluxe room was newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable.
However, when I checked in for my second stay a few days later, I was not given the room I reserved and paid for. I showed them my email confirmation which clearly showed my prepaid Deluxe room, but that didn’t matter. It was too late for me to be able to cancel the reservation, so I was just stuck. The hotel office refused to answer 6-7 calls from Expedia.
The standard room itself was extremely small, the carpet was stained and dirty, the shower moldy, and some things in the bathroom were in disrepair.
I requested a partial refund of the difference directly from the hotel and was denied. I was given breakfast one of the two days, but that did not cover the difference in price.
I again contacted Expedia for help, and they once again had trouble getting the hotel to answer, and eventually told me the hotel would not honor my request.
Whether it was intentional or not I don’t know, but I feel taken advantage of by a bait and switch, and the hotel is completely uninterested in even answering their phone or working with me to make things right. I have no faith that in the future I would get the room I paid for. "
