"Great location, nice clean comfortable apartment, good price. We were requested to separate the garbage (which is good, and was done). What we didn't know how to separate we put in a small plastic bag next to trash cans, and left a msg to owner about that. For that we got a fine-ticket and had to pay extra 1500 yen. I understand from him it is the policy in Furano, so maybe not related to the property, still important for next guests to understand this"

"Nice place enjoyed the location, central to skiing areas both resorts and backcountry. Place was very clean and enough room for a group. However, there was no extra blankets or pillow cases for all the extra pillows. Rooms were noisy from the vents when the wind was blowing. Plus there was a coffee make for one person, it would be nice to have a larger coffee make and two hot water kettles for tea etc. Just didn't seems like it was set up for larger groups. "Onsen facilities were nice. The rooms however were quite small and so I feel the pricing is high especially in a small town like Furano."

"The location was away from the town and other facilities so having transport is essential. The room was OK but not spacious. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety for the western palate and did not seem to change. Staff were helpful."

Convenient and Good service.

"Hotel has change owner recently thus name was changed. It provide free shuttle bus from asahikawa station return trip was a bonus. The room is abit dated. But outdoor onsen was great ! The buffet dinner and breakfast was better than my previous stay. The hotel is just beside the waterfall. If the room could be refurbish, it will be a fantastic stay. 2 nights dinner buffet was almost the same thus it will be good if different menu was provided. "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Both breakfasts were good and plenty to eat of desired -first Japanese style, second western. Twin room was spacious and had a lounge, kettle, fridge, bedside lamp and good block out curtains. Larger than usual bathroom. Easy parking. Used the laundry facilities and had to get help as I couldn't get it to start, but the staff were good and quick to fix. My room was in the building at the back away from the road so no traffic noise. Only a little bit of noise from other room. A few KMs out of the town of Nakafurano so you need a car. Good base to tour the area. I enjoyed my stay here."
