The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit older compared to the lobby, and the step to the bathroom was pretty high, making going in and out of it a bit more cumbersome.
The public bath was very clean, and easy to access. Although night time tends to get really busy, it is better to go in the morning when there are less people (unless you like the crowd).
Also, the rooms are accessed via a code rather than keycard which was great as you just had to remember you code and not carry the keycard everywhere.

Posted 2 May 2019 on HotelsCustomer service was excellent! The staff all spoke English and were very nice and extremely helpful. Rooms were small and very difficult to live in with 2 suitcases, but overall fairly pleasant place. You have to get the subway to get anywhere. There is a 7/11 right outside.

One of the best accommodations in Japan

The room was extremely clean and quiet, and the room standard was at a high level. The hot spring Japanese bath was a real highlight for me
