Overall was OK and very convenient if you are into winter sports. Food was OK and plenty of choices. But food wares were usually dirty with food stain on utensils and plates.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, even for picky eaters. Lovely staff. The property is a bit tired but not terribly so. The onsen is wonderful. The restaurants in adjoining Niseko Village are great and better than the hotel dining (except that fabulous breakfast).
Wonderfully ski in, ski out with gondola steps away and ski rentals with decent gear.

I loved the proximity to the mountain and restaurants in the village. The only downfall was the quality of the hotel restaurants which were mediocre.

I did a week of solo snowboarding and had a great time. The shuttle made getting around town very convenient. The hotel restaurants were not the best but they had plenty to choose from with even more options next door. Definitely enjoyed the fact that the lifts were literally right outside. The ski locker made it very convenient and did not cause any problems whatsoever. Thank you Hilton staff.
