Comfortable stay - Excellent Reception Staff
Posted 31 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was very nice and comfortable. Massive balcony. Comfy bed. Only thing that needs attention was an electrical buzzing sound in the wall near the bed. Pool was quite small, but fine as we were the only ones using it. My wife enjoyed her massage …… 30 euros for an hour. Breakfast had plenty of choice

The AC is above the bed and the air is diffused inappropriately - we froze in the morning as the AC is above our head.

Best Stay Ever
Posted 30 Mar 2024 on HotelsWow! Been traveling 10 days in the Balkans and this was easily the best stay I had along the trip. The staff really goes above and beyond! The spa room was also amazing to have at the end of my trip to relax.
I had a 4:40am bus and the staff packed a to-go food box for me so I could still eat my breakfast on the road.
Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Nis.

Posted 7 Dec 2023 on HotelsKeep returning to this little gem. So friendly and accommodating. Our little dog is always welcome. Even a superb GLUTEN FREE breakfast provided with prior request. Free onsite parking too, and just off the motorway.

My friend and I drove from London to Anatolia and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in throughout the entire trip! (And the lowest priced as well.) So much care and thought had gone into every detail of this hotel! Beautiful. The welcome we received was warm, friendly and informative, and the breakfast delicious and abundant. Can’t recommend the Lux Spa Zen enough! Fantastic! Nis itself is a fascinating place for anyone interested in history, and has a very friendly, community feel to it. Would come back for sure!
