"It's a lovely quiet place. Staff were very polite and courteous. Staff was very good in attending to responding to email enquiries. Food was ok, some were very good, some below average, depending on what you pick. Would have loved to see more authentic Vietnamese food, rather than Italian etc. Breakfast was great with fresh juices and egg stations. "What an exceptional place. Very expensive for Vietnam but the attention to detail and friendly service and hospitality were second to none. It is not what you might expect and I would recommend that 4 nights is a perfect length of trip. My only real criticism is the wine list, a lot of very cheap wines at ridiculous prices. It seems to be a trend in Vietnamese hotels. Only one restaurant we went to in Vietnam had decent wine so, worth remembering. "

"The Good: The beach is awesome. Gentle slope, gentle waves, clean clear water. The Bad: EVERYTHING ELSE No ground transfers, no free shuttle, and no taxi service in town! The ocean view room offered was a view from atop a steep cliff. We had asked if their unit was handicap accessible.
