The Best Hotel in Ninh Binh
Posted 10 Sep 2018 on HotelsThe staff at Queen Hotel were better than we could have expected. They were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an excursion planned for the duration of our check out day, and they offered to store our bags, and even allowed us to freshen up when we returned. I love this place and the staff

The hotel was kept quite cold though, the lift and breakfast restaurant were colder than we liked, but maybe in the summer this is good.
Breakfast was good and the man who took our order each morning was very friendly.
The room (Standard twin room) was of an acceptable standard, quiet and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean although the shower head was not great, probably needs to be descaled. There was always enough hot water though.

Cons: The guy at breakfast is nice but he stands & watches, waiting for you to finish eating. Its annoying but he just needs to understand service. nice guy
Nice value for money in good location and they cater for all your needs.
I would stay there again if i was in the area

Decent hotel

Rooms are nice, beds are a little hard but not bad. They could definitely get new linen & towels, little old.
Breakfast is good but the guy stands and watches you eat which is really annoying.
Other than that, excellent location for food, laundry, bus station etc.
Bonus of the hotel was the reception lady who provided a map & information. Excellent English and they have scooters for rent.

Great friendly staff

Our stay was nice, just the location is a little bit far from main attraction.

Good value-for-money hotel centrally situated.
Posted 21 Aug 2017 on OrbitzReceptionist with good command of English was always smiling, helpful and hard working (she had to double up not only as receptionist but also to look after breakfast!).
Water boiler could do with a bit more power; temperature was never more than lukewarm.
The mini-bar in the bedroom could do with a bit more choice (only water available).
