This is our second stay at this hotel. It has fantastic onsens, great Japanese buffet, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Kinu-Tateiwa Otsuribashi, a famous suspension bridge, is right behind the hotel that leads to great sceneries. Hotel is approximately 12 min walk to Kinugawaonsen Station, and offers shuttle bus in the morning to the station by request. Next time we visit Nikko, we definitely go to this hotel again!

The most beautiful views from this hotel. A lovely Onsen onsite as well. We loved our time at this hotel as we stayed in a Japanese room. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay
Posted 19 Oct 2024 on HotelsVery friendly and helpful staff who spoke English well! Lots of amenities and loved the private onsens. The building was a little outdated and the air conditioner didnt work well so we couldnt get rid of the slight smell the room had. Overall with their breakfasts and views too, I'd come back.

Very helpful staff but property is very dated and air conditioning was very weak. The onsen and bridge are really nice. Food was okay but had lots of variety. The view was fantastic.
