"It’s simply an amazing accommodation. Very comfortable, cosy and convenient for a small family. It’s built very nicely with authentic Japanese architecture and having breakfast there every morning was a joy. The location is also very close to Omiya Station and easily accessible, a quiet neighborhood with nearby Bar and Pizzeria. "Overall, we had a good stay. But the washing machine was not able to use (We tried and check instruction all day, and it has been broken) the next day, they changed to another one (which is a very responsive manner) but it waste late. The limited time staff availability is one of the minus for this place. The room is like a new but the material of the wall makes the room super cold. Plus the table was not clasp so we need to put at a balcony........ "

We were able to have our luggage forwarded to the main hotel from our last destination and the front staff were extremely helpful. They have a separate English-speaking staff member for English-speaking guests to communicate with. Room was spacious though wished there was more storage space. "This is our second time staying at the property. Loved the location to everything, staff are friendly and greet you, breakfast is fantastic, and the room is comfortable for us. We only bring carry on bags when we travel so for some the rooms might be small depending on what they reserved. Love the amenities that they offer as well. Access to transportation nearby, and the area is highly walkable. We will be back. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff are awesome! I left my back pillow at another Tokyu Stay Shinjuku and one of their staff members helped me get the pillow deiver for a reasonable fee. The facility is well kepted and the sake token was a nice bonus for evening treat. The breakfast was okay and we are glad we brought the breakfast meal. If you decide not to purchase the breakfast options, no worries, there is a 7 -Eleven 4 mins walk on the same street. We would stay here again. The heater remote control was a little hard to figure out. Good location to shops and the subways.Thank you!"

"This was a wonderful hotel in a convenient area of Kyoto, right by a subway station and nice restaurants. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nicely designed bathroom. We had a bed with 3 rooms which was great for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If I get to return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again! "

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Great location easy to access from the train. We ended up having two different rooms in this hotel and going from the room with the queen to the room with the king was a huge difference. The room was a lot bigger as there were three of us. The staff here were so sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a really good buffet. I definitely would recommend this hotel especially if you’re used to a typical American hotel. Stay here:)"
