From check in to check out staff was on point. Always a staff to take your luggage out of taxi and take it to your room, calling a taxi for you even directing you to the breakfast buffet. All staff in hotel was amazing.

自分へのご褒美として滞在しました。 ホテルの方の対応は「さすが！」と感心するぐらいに丁寧です。 朝食バイキングはメニューが豊富で、またお願いしたいと感じました。

Fabulous trip in Niigata

It was a great trip in Niigata, especially an employee who was always around the lobby. She helped to make our trip fabulous with her tips and greetings and helping us get taxis.

建物や設備はそれなりに年季を感じますが、他の方のレビューの通り、サービスがとても良かったと思います。 色々フレキシブルに対応して頂きました。 ベッドの寝心地もよかったです。 また、外国人従業員の方もいらっしゃるので、マルチ言語にも問題なく対応していただけそうです。
