"I wanted an inexpensive room while staying in Inverness for the night. This room had everything that I needed, a private bathroom with shower, a bed with a tv and a night stand. The rooms looked a little dated but I didnt care about that. There is a Chinese restaurant connected so I was able to get some take out and eat in my room since I was too tired to go out into town. "This is an extraordinary operation. No desk, no staff, no amenities, just a nice clean room with comfortable beds and a clean, functioning bathroom. Luxury it is not, but very comfortable, especially for us who do nothing but sleep and wash in our rooms. The location is superb, close to station, good restaurants, shops, etc., and the price is very reasonable. We would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends who are not looking for luxury."

"This is a home with just three or so guest rooms. The house is beautiful and elegant. My room was spare in its furnishings, but very comfortable. The en suite bathroom was sleek and modern. I drove downtown, but you could walk to it if you prefer. Having parking on site is very convenient."
