"The facility was acceptable. Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice and food was good. However, the presents/support/interest of the innkeepers was nonexistent. At check inn, the innkeeper spoke only German ( no English). We communicated with difficulty via a phone translator. This would have been okay if no other option, accept he indicated his wife spoke English, yet she stayed in their adjoining residence and never attempted to help.
