Splendid is a good “4 Star” hotel in central Nice. It represents solid price/value for the area. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop (8th floor) Bar and Restaurant. Their breakfast buffet runs $19 Euro and is a good value. Worth noting their dinner menu is quite limited.

Great roof top bar, swimming pool and hot tub with fantastic views over Nice and within easy walking of the city centre. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn’t work or had been turned off so the room temperature was very warm and slightly uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. The staff is always ready to help you enjoy your stay. The rooftop bar also has excellent that enhances the gorgeous view and atmosphere (the prices could be a bit lower). All in all, a great place to stay.
