This property is only a half block from the beach. The tram sots just beulyond the front door. You can choose to add a breakfast by letting them know the day before. Its very convenient to not have to pay each day for a breakfast tour schedule may not allow. I did have a yapping dog on my floor for a few days, yapping about a half hour each time. That was a dissappointment

Good place to stay in Nice
Excellent hotel in Nice for a great price. Located near the boardwalk and right next to a tram station. It’s a bit far from the touristy areas, but we actually enjoyed the 40 min walk along the water front to get there. Only downside is the elevator broke one day and we had to take the stairs, but it was fixed by the time we came back from dinner

The room and property in general were clean, the breakfast was good and not expensive and staff was friendly. The only issue was that it was noisy at night, people slamming the doors and you could hear everyone in the corridor.

We did a reserve because the website is saying that it has air conditioning. Last year it was true. This year not. After talk to the receptionist she said that they don’t turn it on during February. But was sunny, the room was really warm and the window doesn’t opens.
