Bed was hard as a rock, room was advertised as including a shower but all it had was a washbasin. External showers had a 10 second time you had to push to get continuous water - to even change temperature from cold to hot or vice versa required Herculean strength and grip. External toilets had no santizer fluid in cannister nor had a sink to wash one's hand or a toilet wand to cleans one's affected areas. If you flush more than 3 times, no more flushes allowed. You can patrons in the hallway walking and talking so no privacy or peace of mind. Bedroom sink had no handsoap or wash towel. Towels all chargeable not included in price eventhough advertised as included.

Good, clean, well located hotel.
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt’s a budget hotel, so you must expect basic room, and I was happy with everything about it. It was close to the bus, the train, the supermarket, and the beach. Staff friendly and hard working. I would stay again!

I never leave reviews on places and I’m not picky at all when it comes to staying somewhere. However this place was beyond disgusting, and in a very unsafe area. The shared bathrooms are not clean and smell nasty, it’s basically an outhouse in a hallway. Also wifi and service does not work at all 👍

I was very appalled when I came to this hotel. I think it should be called a hostel rather than a hotel. It was in an area where I felt unsafe as well as the fact the floor that my room was in had a back door that remained opened to a fire escape allowing random people to come into the hotel from the street this made me feel very unsafe. On top of that the room I was given was filled with black mould stains on the bed sheets and pubic hair which made me believe it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. When communicating this to staff I was offered that the room could be cleaned again, however I felt specific things could not be overlooked by cleaning the room again and so I had to find accommodation elsewhere which caused me to incur more charges on this trip. I would also wish that the fact that the bathrooms and showers are communal should be highlighted more by Expedia. I also don’t think Expedia should be advertising an unsafe and unclean hotel as this putting their customers in danger.

You get what you pay for
Posted 16 Jun 2024 on HotelsToilets and showers were foul and smelled awful. No body wash left in either showers on my floor and no lift if you’ve got heavy bags.
