Very thin walls. The doors slam and rattle the walls and we can hear our neighbors talking at normal volumes. The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Would recommend staying in Old Town.

Location was ok but rooms very tidy and noise from rooms above carried through. Shower was very very tiny and could not turn around or lift my arms.

The cleaning staff didn't change our hand soap for 3 days. The towels we initially received also had stains and hair on them. While the hotel is close to the Gare, it's not worth it. We were not pleased with the cleanliness and overall found the general service to be quite cold and standoffish.

Superb location, clean hotel, and friendly staff
Posted 5 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is clean and renovated but very friendly staff. The location is superb.. a few steps away from the main shopping street and a few minutes’ walk to the old city. The only issue is with no soundproofing of the rooms so water running in the pipes in the adjacent room might keep you awake at night.

Great staff. Location immediately surrounding the property felt a bit unsafe in the night, though we were close to central area and train station. Room was tight but relatively nice to other options in the area within the same price range.

Great location, nice staff,
Posted 3 Jun 2024 on HotelsAlthough the bathroom was a bit dated and we had some electrical issues in our room, overall we found the hotel and its staff to be great. Good breakfast, very close proximity to the train station, very decently sized rooms. I felt like we got we paid for.
