Location was perfect, close to the old town, train station and trams.
Host was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel Aria was immaculate and we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely come back!

Location was nice but the condition of the hotel was very disappointing. From the smell to the sticky floors to the dirty corners, it was not expected.

The breakfast was amazing! Just didn't love the bathroom in the room. The staff was very friendly!

Property needs some maintenance. Lacks some of the simple amenities e.g. decent pillows, iron (only 2 for the building).

This is a great mid-range hotel. The building is a little older, but it is decorated with style and character. The rooms are simple, but clean, offering all that you need for a good nights rest. The location is great, being only 5 minutes from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Great Hotel

Excellent and helpful staff. Great Location with easy access to most things.

Great Stay in Nice
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is a gem. Located in a quiet area across the street from a small park, it's also within easy walking distance of both the train station and the sea. I enjoyed the combination of historic architectural features and modern design touches. We had a small balcony which was a great spot to relax at the end of the day.
The tasty breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I'd definitely stay there again.
