Tired hotel, staff nice but facilities not so good , room is very small.

I could write an admiring review, but I will write the truth.
This is the third year in a row that I have stayed at your hotel and I have seen a decline in the quality of service. In my room the TV remote did not work, there were problems with the toilet, no cheapest alarm clock and of course no mini safe for documents. The quality of the mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired, making it the hardest night of the trip. The shuttle service has also been discontinued this year and this was important when choosing a hotel.
The price is the same as other hotels that have the basic things: alarm clock, safe, working TV remote control.
I trust you will be sympathetic to my comments, which are intended to maintain the reputation of your business.

Air conditioning issues
