Even with the windows closed, it was still noisy because the room was facing the elevated and railroad tracks. Didn't slept well

STAY AWAY! The whole property was filthy , it looked like they haven’t vacuumed the hallways for weeks, in our room the shower was dirty as well as the floors in the room.
I don’t know how they can get away with stuff like this. I complained to front desk and did nothing.
Terrible stay.

Could be a little bit cleaner, but is on par with what I would expect for a budget hotel/
