"It was a great experience, the room view was breathtaking. The weather was freezing outside but the hotel room and the area inside was nice, warm and safe. I will return back and invite to visit and stay in the Sheraton hotel."

"This was an ideal location for our activities. Across the street from Fallsview Casino, easy walk to the Falls, walking distance to Clifton Hills. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of items to improve on would be cleanliness of curtains - the rest of the room was clean; remote for the tv was a bit finicky, perhaps batteries needed to be replaced."

"Front desk staff were incredible. We forgot a phone charger so we borrowed one for the night. Steps away from Clifton Hill and all the fun. We both had a great time, just wish the indoor pool was open a bit later. "
