We were happy with all aspects of our stay. Clean quiet spacious room. Walkway to casino.
Multiple dining options in the hotel or nearby.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. First our rooms were on the 15th floor and the elevators broke for the duration of our stay so we couldn’t access our room without walking out a million flights of stairs, with a two year old and a 7 year old and my elderly grandmother. THEN they didn’t have hot water in the rooms, so I had to bathe my 2 year old daughter in a cold bath. When I went to tell them about this they didn’t let us switch rooms and when I asked for a refund all they said was they could refund the parking (which wasn’t even included in the stay, it was an additional 35$) and the room service fees which are only 13$. So they literally did nothing for us to fix our ur concerns other than the bare minimum. The service was horrible. Will never return.
