When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. The property seems to be in poor condition and clearly the owner doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness or assisting guests in need.

Our fairly large group fit perfectly in this spacious house. Check-in and check-out is a breeze, and the hosts are accommodating and friendly. Recommended!

Es una casa muy bonita y limpia, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena noche, las cataratas están cerca caminando. Una buena opción para repetir. Recomendada!!
