Great value for the price.
Spartan but good. Room was clean, common areas were a bit older but nothing major.
I was given an accessible room (not requested but was useful).
Breakfast was good and had real drip coffee.
Minimal interaction with staff.on account of check in being so quick.

I thought this hotel was perfect for what we needed. This is the second time we’ve stayed in Niagara to shop, usually we stay near Buffalo Airport. This was way more convenient crossing over at Lewiston from Canada than driving all the way down the Buffalo. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t hear a single guest which was very nice. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at you can hear people walking or their TVs. The rooms are all updated. I liked that the floors were not carpet. The TV (looked like a firestick app) was perfect, we even brought our firestick so we could watch our shows without having to sign in on the tv and forget to sign out. The breakfast was ok but it was included so that’s fine. The waffles were good! We will definitely be back to stay.

All staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. The room is very clean.

The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice, super soft bed with a nice bed spread. From desk woman was very nice a great all around experience!!!

Absolutely horrible stay! The floor in room was cracked and peeling, no privacy curtain on windows, the bathroom sink was falling apart and coming away from the wall. Hair on floor, bathroom fan very noisy, could hear every noise during the night. Bangs sounds from pipes in bathroom. We had to kill couple of cockroaches. Bed was made with only flat sheets laid on top of mattress. Our key would not unlock the door even after front desk had to help. Food: sausages were over cooked, scrambled eggs were bland and watery, orange juice was warm and watered down, coffee was burnt. Hard to soread butter when it’s still frozen. The only thing decent was the waffles.
Most definitely would not recommend! Very uncomfortable.
Spend the little extra money for a more well known hotel chain

First, regarding the key issue, it’s well-known that key cards can be demagnetized when kept near electronic devices like phones—something we could have resolved immediately if you’d bothered to inform us. As for the room conditions, our hotel is regularly maintained, and we have no record of any complaints or issues like cracked floors, a faulty sink, or pests. If such problems were as severe as you claim, they should have been reported to us at the time, but we received no such feedback. The breakfast you described, though not to your liking, is prepared with care, and the waffles you mentioned were indeed the only item you seemed to find acceptable. It’s clear that your experience was not as you expected, but your review is misleading and doesn’t reflect the quality of service we provide.
