I don’t like that one of the light is now working and the toilet is not flushing properly.

Tunnels from property to property were good but signage and directions were bad

Layout and location of hotel was great, although accessibility to and from the waterpark with strollers needs improvement.
Lots of natural sunlight and the courtyards are a great feature especially with kids.
Needs carpet replacement or other form of flooring instead, both in rooms and throughout hotel.
Service of all hotel staff was great, and it was helpful having an option to communicate with reception by text message for any questions or concerns.

Its ok for the price. Would definitely recommend more through cleaning of the rooms. Untop of the heat vent was dirty make up sponge and around the bedside a few pieces of garbage.

They have that saturday night movies all the families went in the common areas pjs and blankets and watch on a big projector was amazing cozy
