Upon arrival, room seemed to be OK but had to request light bulbs and a tv remote. Once we pulled covers down to go to bed, we discovered black spots on the sheets and covers. The towels in the bathroom also had black spots. Did not find any bedbugs, but the stains made us very nervous. It was too late to do anything about it.
The location was not convenient to the waterfalls.

We got the family room which was a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a full kitchen. It did what we needed beds were good to us. Firm mattresses. Room 22 was good to us. Please be mindful that you will need to walk up steps to get into that family unit.

We stayed one night while vising the falls on our way to another destination. The hotel was very basic. The room was okay but not really meant for travelers. Most of the people here clearly lived in the hotel. The room had a full size refrigerator more like an apartment. The facility was pretty run down but we didn't have any real issues.
