Dave was very friendly at check in
He made sure we were settled in and comfortable
The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable
This is our 4th time staying here and we will be back again next year

The room was clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding. Bathroom was clean. Room offered all we needed at a great price.

The gentleman that checked us in, Richard, was the nicest person I’ve ever encountered in all my stays at Niagara Falls. He was super friendly, gave us a map with recommendations for places in the area and just made us feel so welcome and at home. The room itself was super clean. The location was within walking distance of the falls and all the attractions. I will definitely be staying here from now on. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Five stars for sure!

I absolutely loved the dated feel of the room. It brought back memories of travelling as a child. My omly complaint is the mildew smell im the room (jacuzzi room). It was tolerable for one night. Wouldnt stay in that particular room for longer.

The staff are always polite and bend over backwards to be of service and help in any way they can.
