Would have rated the stay higher but the pool was closed. That's why we chose this hotel.

The pool was closed, which is 1 reason why I booked there then the keycard to get in the room, the lock broke, offered another room but I already had everything unpackef. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh hot food options. I personally think the inside needs upgrading and the room wasnt very clean. Dirty tables and debris in drawers, curtains would not close all the way, had to clip them together for privacy in jacuzzi.

A good option for people flying out of the airport or for Canadians looking for a stop before returning from a trip south. Nice staff. Mediocre breakfast.

I would not stay in this hotel again. Spider living in the bathroom, old dirty water in the bottom of the fridge, crumbs on the sofa and stains on the chair. It was just disgusting and I’m upset that I even stayed there. I didn’t get in until 130am so I didn’t see the dirtiness until the morning time.

The property is old, dark and feels like depressing. most of the staffs are friendly and welcoming except to the man facilitating in the breakfast area. The hotel policy said we can’t leave our pet unattended in the room, I and my partner are both starving, so we decided to have our pet come with us on the breakfast area. Our pet didn’t bark to anyone or showing any aggressive traits (he was on leash too) I was just sitting, holding my pet until my partner comes back and waiting for my turn to grab mine. Until, this guy approaches us rudely that our dog should have a red “vest” and told us that he is not safe in front of a lot of people. We felt embarrassed. At that time, all my excitement to have a breakfast is gone, we go back to our room as soon as possible. We didn’t eat the breakfast and toss it on the bin since we already loss our appetite, and just decided to pack our things and leave.
