The staff at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel

The property is well staffed and clean. There is an added tax on top of HST even on parking which you are not informed when you park.
Also the linens, bed sheets and towels are so rough, uncomfortable and hurt your skin

The parking on and off site is quite expensive, along with the food and beverages around the area. Though there are many options and everything is in a walkable distance which is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful, when approached with a complaint or issue the staff was able to help.
