The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk.
The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me.

Posted 7 Sep 2022 on HotelsBed sheets seemed clean but the blanket was definitely used and not washed for months/years.
Shower curtain was dirty, bathtub was scrubbed clean but it probably needed to be bleached to get the stains out.
Asked front desk for late checkout (at least an hour) but he refused. Definitely not a busy day, but he was not even apologetic.
I guess we didn't have a choice and took the only place available. On that note, I am happy that we had a place at all at the last minute.

Best experience in hotels.
Posted 20 Aug 2022 on HotelsNice and quite place. Your car will be in front of your door. I like it. Children likes that swimming pool.
