1. The shower does not function properly with half the water goes to the top and the other stays at the spout below! WASTE of water!!!!! I stayed in two hotel rooms and the shower was the same in both ccases! 2. No one came to the room to clean up, remove the garbage or change the towels even though I stayed more than 1 day!!!!! 3. The hook for the bath towel on the door in the shower room was placed at the VERY TOP of the door! Do you expect all your cleients to be 7 feet tall? That is absurd! 4. the hotel building was poorly designed with LONG winding corridors. The reception office and restaurant are so far away from all the rooms. 5. The main entrance and the reception desk of the hotel are located at the BACK of the hotel! What architect worth his/her salt would design a hotel this way?

All drink vending machines were out of order. Cleaning staff entered my room while do not disturb hangar was on doorknob. Front desk wouldn’t answer phone when we called to arrange extended checkout time. Missed breakfast because night staff said 11am instead of 10am cutoff.
