Room wasn't the same as in the picture. We booked a room with a rug, the room we got was just hardwood floor. Everything was ok, won't stay here again.

Awful experience
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsBeds are too small. I got additional charged for my 4 years old when they clearly states children under 4 are free. But when i asked they said because my child is 4 years and 3 months old like what??? This place is too crowded. The foods and drinks are outrageous expensive.

Housekeeping does not make a throughly clean room. Does not change bed sheet for the 3 nights we stay. Bath towels were not change.

Too busy for us, never again.
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt was a very busy crowded place. We were allocated the most isolated villa on the hilltop, had to call for a shuttle bus each time. The 2 buffet at the main hotel was pretty poor quality and extremely busy. When we complained about the buffet restaurants we were directed to try Oceana. It was surprisingly exceptional Italian food, I usually never order western food in Asia as it always dissapoint, however it tasted authentic. When the chef came out from the kitchen, I realised it was an Italian chef running the restaurant.
The VinWonders waterpark was ok, no big queues. However would be better if there were staff manning the beach, we witnessed some very unhygienic behaviours at the waterpark, like spitting and vomiting on the beach, covered up with sand by guest rather than cleaning it up. Complained to managerial staff, about unhygienic behaviours and barging into queues at buffet or shuttle bus, was simply told they cannot control the behaviour of guests.

It’s a fantastic place for family with kids in terms of water park, roller coasters, the zoo, botanical and Japanese gardens, aquarium and closed beach with more activities and pools….Best of all is the foods are awesome Delish…All in one place! We will definitely going back next summer.
