The resort is wonderful. We traveled with two children aged 9 and 6, and the facilities are great. Buggy and cable cars are very convenient. Medical centre at the resort was handy. Vin Wonders theme part is excellent. On check in there was an issue with our room, mixed up with a friend, but it was sorted the next day. Only downside is staff don’t speak great English, so the transfer we booked from the resort to the airport never showed and we almost missed our flight. Be sure to get everything in writing where both sides understand - we didn’t get the transfer back in writing, only paid at reception, and there was no record on the morning. Staff did pay for our taxi to the airport (driver was amazing, he got us there on time).

Amazing location and island
Posted 18 Jul 2024 on HotelsA fantastic place to stay with family or as a couple. The resort was great and the villas are the best I’d ever stayed in. Super modern and very large and extravagant.
The property is huge, so moving around is easy with a golf cart service provided whenever and wherever you need to go across the resort and island.
Super close ride to the Harbour Town for restaurants and shopping and also close to the theme park.
I would highly recommend this place to stay!
