Staff was very bad. Great property and everything but dealing with the staff was not great.

Super staff. They offer service to me beyond my expectation. The are a 6 stars stars staff to help and support me, despite my difficult situation. Thank you very much to all.

During my stay I had a bad situation. The staff of the hotel help me and support me beyond my expectation. I did not ask for a special treatment but the hotel staff did. I really appreciate the extra effort the staff did to me. I could do it, I will give the staff 6 stars. I have stayed in more than 100 different hotels, and they offered to me the best service I ever received. Thank you very much to all of them.
