Beautiful View & Perfect location

Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was well equiped with a 3/4 sized fridge that was super cold and it also had a microwave and a single element cook top. The night markets are next door to the hotel. Mini- marts across the street, heaps of places to eat, drink. The promenade along the beach front is really nice to walk along and the area felt safe.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement.

When I enter the room, I am greeted by a fantastic view of the Nha Trang sea. The bed is very nice, and the interior is clean. When I went into the bathroom, there was so much dust in the vent that I went up and cleaned it. The body wash pump in the bathroom may be broken and the contents may leak, and there is an element of risk when pressing it. There is no bathtub, so the floor is a bit slippery. In addition, although the Internet and TV were not available at first, I was grateful that they responded very well even though they were busy.

Awesome place! The photos are great but the real place is even better. The view is amazing! The pool is great, the restaurant is very good and the personalized service is very efficient. It was our best staying experience in Asia. Totally worth the price!

Great hotel

Great location near the city, night market and the beach. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and tidy with amazing view. Definitely worth to pay to the rooftop 360 pool during the day and enjoy the night party. Lots of people in the hotel and the lifts take a while. But only minor comments overall.

새벽에 도착했는데, 한국에 비해서 체크인 하는 시간은 걸겼습니다. 그때 계신 분이 영어 못하는 원어민 분이셨습니다. 미리 새벽에 도착한다고 호텔에 메세지 주고, 프린트 해갔는데 그렇게 하길 잘한거 같습니다. 나머지는 카톡으로 영어로 소통했는데 편했습니다. 시내에 있고 주변에 음식점, 마사지 하는곳 있어서 편했습니다. 씨뷰였는데 좋았습니다.

Về check in: Quá lâu, thủ tục rườm rà, nhân viên xử ly chậm. Toilet: Sặc mùi khai ko biết từ đâu, vào nhận phòng dùng vòi nước xối xong vẫn thấy mùi khai Thang máy: Vận hành nhanh tuy nhiên chờ xuống quá nhiều tầng lầu thành ra cũng mất thời gian Dịch vụ giữ xe: Thấy có 1 gia đình kia nói lại ở ba ngày gửi xe taị đây mất 300k. Ngoài các vấn đề trên: Vị trí, phòng ốc khá đẹp, view đẹp. Phòng thì 14h mới được nhận, khách thường 12h trả phòng, mình tới 9h gửi đồ đi loanh quanh tới 12h về lại vật vờ ở sảnh chờ đúng 2h mới dc giao chì khoá Tuy nhiên: Cá nhân mình thấy khá là bất tiện về việc check in va sử dụng thang máy lên xuống. Mình chỉ ở 1 lần duy nhất và khong bao giờ quay lại

다운타운을 즐기기에 완벽한 위치의 호텔이었습니다. 걸어서 어디든 다닐 수 있었습니다. 2명이 쓰기에 충분히 큰 방이었고 욕실 및 침구류도 청결했습니다. 특히 발코니에서 보는 바다뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 가격대비 아주 좋은 선택지가 될만한 호텔입니다. 체크인을 도와준 제니에게 특별히 감사의 말을 전하고 싶습니다. It was the perfect hotel to enjoy the downtown. I could walk around everywhere in 10mins. The room was large enough for 2 people and the bathroom and bedding were perfectly clean. Especially, the sea view from the balcony was amazing. It's a great option for the price. I'd like to say a special thank you to Jenny for helping me check in.

Overall, it has been a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent (50m distance from the night walking street market, 100m away from the beach). Sea view is super and I would recommend to book that. However, a few things could have been improved. There was some moisture marks in the bathroom. In addition, I was surprised to realise that the hotel changed their name and that the owner of the room we were staying at was a private one (aka not the owner of the whole hotel). They also advertised airport shuttle which ended up not being true. This has been discussed with the staff already.

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed and I hope that the managers remember me and my girlfriend as we look to stay there more often and share on social media and with other people in Vietnam. From the time we arrived everyone was accommodating. The lady at the desk was helpful and we loved the bartender Mr. Loc who prepared coffee, great food, and was absolutely wonderful.
