Property was as expected. Clean, friendly staff, nice gym, nice pool and nice rooftop bar, good beach staff as well

Details matter to the name
Posted 1 Dec 2023 on HotelsGreat location and room and friendly crews.. I would not come for food though.. somehow sadly lacks tastes and flavor consistently in their food overall..
And, ran into a couple incidents that i was served unclean napkins.. each time, mgr accommodated with free dinner..

Conveniently situated near retail shopping mall and local restaurants. Customer service is top notch and friendly. Room configuration and smoked glass bathroom facing shower stall is an odd setup for a western 5-star brand hotel…otherwise, all good.
