The villa we stay at was nice for a family of 10. The villa was only 3 room so they charged us 1 adult and 2 children extra for the breakfast and dinner buffet for a total of over $500 US dollars for a 5 night stay. It wasn't stated in the booking, only after we had booked did they send us an email saying we had to pay for the "extra" guest.
Needless to say, I forked out the money since we had already bought tickets to Nha Trang and planned around staying there.
The villa was clean and in a decent location walking distance to the restaurants and the main building.
The restaurant and buffet is where this place failed miserably. For a 5-star hotel, it seemed more like a 1 star hotel in terms of food service. Getting a table for breakfast and dinner was like a mad dash to run to a free table. Half the time we had to wait or were crammed into a small table. That wasn't the only bad part. The food was average at best but getting it was a mad scramble just to get any food that was put out. There was only 1 person at the noodle stations so people was just cramming in just to get their orders in and no discernable line with people just walking in front and ordering.
Breakfast seemed to be the worst, when they ran out of tables they carted people to another restaurant only to have no tables left there either. Not enough cooks or food so people were left fighting for scraps.
There is no way this place is 5 star, the service was okay but the restaurants were bad.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with many complimentary amenities and services. Breakfasts were fantastic! There is no AC and smart TV however. It’s a cool area so a fan was enough. There were many black ants in our room but luckily there was none on our bed. The area is quite hard for cars to move in and out.
