Lovely bungalows, views and beach. The sea was beautiful.
The breakfast buffet was great however dinner was bad and the service was poor.
The Buggy service was a nice touch however we found it would often not turn up when requested

A fantastic stay that I would recommend despite a few minor setbacks, including stickers on the shower and bath tub walls that should have been removed before our arrival, a rain shower head that didn’t work, and trash floating up into the beaches (there was even a situation with a dead dog floating in the water, I wish I was kidding). Even considering those things, I’d still recommend this place. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was attentive, free breakfast with enormous options, and lovely amenities. The spa with the Pamper Yourself option is a must-try. In my view this place was worth every penny!

Mud spa was nice, but is was hot, with 32 Celsius degrees outside! Food was good. Had to wait long time for buggy to get around the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Ferry to mainland, only every 2 hrs.

I was electrocuted by exposed wiring and partner was burned on shower fittings. Mould in bathrooms, hair in food in buffet, birds and bugs eating /standing in food at buffet. Transport is extremely limited long waits. Room privacy is terrible you must keep blinds closed at all times.
Food was inedible at times. We left on second day of a 5 day booking.

I am writing this one behalf of my brother (Chris) who was due to stay. Unfortunately Chris died before he could make the journey. The resort would not refund the considerable amount despite me providing a death certificate. At every turn they placed insurmountable obstacles in my efforts to obtain a refund. Disgraceful!
